This is the City's Centennial Committee (appointed by Mayor Lamb) along with Mr. Conant, long-time chair of the Tree Commission. This was the start of Project Tree which planted trees on the grassy strips of the artery from contributions. .

The artery, right across from St. Francis Center (old convent)

By the way, Randy Trabold was also a member of the Committee.
