Can't be Dutch Hill as these kids are NOT wearing ski clothes and you weren't allowed bring your own cooking equipment. My guess would be a Boy Scout camp somewhere...

Down from the summit and across from the lodge is a building offering shelter, wood, and an atmosphere that is what you choose to make of it.

Does look like old college camp on Mt. Greylock. But I don't see the bronze plaque above the fireplace. I spent plenty of nights in that camp. Too bad kids don't have that today.

I'd leave the Boyscouts out of it- that propane tank looks pretty close to the fore! There was a shelter just down from the tower that offered a great fireplace, long since locked and boarded up as times have changed and we are no longer to be trusted as a society.
