This looks like the barracks on Latham Street in Williamstown Time period was during and after World War II,

Can you name the location?
Latham St.------Williamstown, Ma.

Time period was POST WWll! I lived in a college house just to the rear of the "GI Barracks". The college built them, at the end of the war, specifically for the GI's that were married and wanted to continue their education under the GI bill. Hence, the name. We moved away in May of 1952 and the buildings were still intact at that time. The fire must have occured right after that, judging from the looks of the old fire truck. I doubt the building was habitable after that fire.
