Looks like the late 60's or early 70's. Either late winter or early spring when the snow is melting and freezing on the road.

I believe late 70's, early 80's. This was the front yard of what was Dean's Auto Repair (just outside of the now WalMart parking lot). This was a Christmas eve and the station wagon with the crumpled hood was heading north, lost control and flew into the parking lot. The Impala in front was hit and pushed up onto a island in the center of the yard. Joe Dean was under the hood of the Impala and went to get a wrench moments before this happened, and a least one person was working on the Pontiac on the right. I believe the tall guy in the center of the photo with his back to the camera is Jon Minor. The woman on the strecher near the ambulance was (I believe) the wife of the then manager of McDonalds (can't remember name). She was in the Impala when it got hit. I remember the driver of the wagon trying to light a cigarette after the impact and there was about 20 gallons of gas on the ground leaking from the Impala...
