|  Comments... I would be willing to bet that this pic was taken with the Eclipse Dam in the left background, just below the intersection of Union St. and "the Beaver", in North Adams. Perhaps it was when a brakeless tractor-trailer failed to negotiate the curve at that point, went through the guardrails, the fence, and landed in the river, upside down.
