PHOTO MUST HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM BEHIND DRURY HIGH SCHOOL INSTEAD OF MINER STREET BECAUSE OF THE ROAD AND MILL EXPOSIER. NOT THE PRINT WORKS. I DON'T RECALL IT'S PURPOSE, WAS IT A TANNERY?

The cement walls were added, by the Corps of Engineers, after the floods and huge water flows of 47/48 timeframe. I was standing on the Eagle St bridge when the old dry cleaners building next to it slid into the river. Scared, you bet.
