I was born and brought up in N. Adams, and I used to go to this celebration every year. Awesome!! Those were the good old days!!

You are right. These were the good old days. We used to have a back yard picnic and then everyone would go to the carnival. One night was the bon fire and the next was the fire works. Loved it!!!

Lived in Adams. this was a big deal. annual bonfire. we wouldn't miss it. Great fourth of july celebrations.

Annual 4th of July carnival and bon fire, I lived about a half mile east of this. I'm guessing but I think the men on the pile are Howard Tanner, Walt Alderman, Francis Alderman and other members of the CVFD
