I just had a flashback to the smell of that store! Smelled of paper and ink and pencils. What a memory. I used to babysit for the Foster's kids, Kim and Jeff, in the Chantilly Avenue neighborhood in the late 1960's I wonder what happened to the Foster family?.

Comments...
Jim's mother Kay Foster lives at the High Rise--she's probably in her 90's--both Jim and his brother are around but not living in North Adams--I think maybe in Vermont. Have no idea where Barbara is now...haven't seen her in ages!

Comments...
Jim Foster lives in Bennington and works at SRS (Social and Rehabilitation Services) for the State of Vermont. Danny Foster is a retired School teacher who lives in the Cambridge, NY area. Their mother recently died.
