Can you name the location?
Looks like Massachusetts Avenue in the background, but can't be sure.

Can you name the location?
Mass. Ave in backround. The Phelps Avenue footbridge is there now.Must be people going to church or to school. In the old days when you walked a few feet or miles to get there.

Can you name the location?
Railraod crossing Mass. Ave. and Phelps Ave.

Comments...
Must be school kids to have a policeman there ... the foot bridge was erected after 1958. Though i was there from 1946 to '58 I can't ever remember a policeman crossing us ... Must have been kids "walking" to Greylock School they surely would not have had a cop there for the Holy Family kids.

What was the Season?
spring

Can you name the location?
Phelps Ave. & Mass Ave connection.

Comments...
The police officer might have been William Bohl or Mr. Dempsey. I know Mr Dempsey use to come in Brazeau's Market to wait for the children to get out from Holy Family. He was the regular police officer, a very friendly and nice man also.
