John was give a commendation for giving emergency First Aid to someone who seriously cut himself. It could have been his brother Philip.

john bianco received a citation for saving his brother phillip's arm after a large cut, his brother used a method he learned from his scout training.

John received a citation for acting with speed and first aid knowledge when his brother Phil severly cut himself. He was responsible for the aid on his brothers arm that could have been very serious without a quick response.
