What was the Year?

What was the Season?

Can you name any of the people?
I think the individual on the right is Neville Toye.

Can you name the location?
Aboard a train going to Fort Devens.

Neville Toye was a cook for Company "K" Mass. National Guard. Neville was passing out lunches aboard the train to Camp Devens, for their two week summer camp.I think the year was 1950 or 1951.

Those were the good old days, as Co K left for Devens, we in the Tank Co. were going to Camp Drum in upper New York State. Damn we were good.

You bet your life we were, we were the best TANK CO. Mass. National Guard had

You are so right, we were the best. Tank Co and Co K. John Shields, Red Sanders, Buddie Abbott, Red Lewitt. True leaders.

Can you name any of the people?
Neville Toye, Sr. on right
