Can you name any of the people?
1st Person on the left is my Grandfather, Howard A. Burdick. Next is Raymond Burdick, a current Selectman in Florida. Woman next to Ray is Sue Roach. The man in the dark jacket is George "Archie" Burdick and the man in the checked shirt with the fedora is Jerome Brown

Can you name the location?
Old Florida Town Hall, now the Florida Baptist Church Hall

It looks to me as though it might have been election time and they are counting votes. If it's Town elections then it would be the Spring. If it's National elections then it would be November.
