The food and treats were so good at Pedrins. The accident must have occured because of hunger pangs and the rush to great food were so powerful that caution was thrown to the wind.

Definitely Pedrins. From the cars looks like the mid-70's or a bit later. The officers were nice guys, looked out for everyone.
