|  Comments... I think it was a handicap accessiblity issue with buildings in No Adams. Ms. Trala is in the wheel chair to the right. It looks like she has city council member the late Dan Alcombright in backround.Showing them that they cannot even access the police department. Posted: 01/20/2002 Comments...
