Can you name the location?
I believe the gentleman is Bill Isherwood.

Bill was "keeper of the clock" for many years at Sprague Electric Company, therefore the siting of the photograph. Bill was followed by Mark Gajda. Several photographs taken of Mark while performing the same function have previously appeared.

I lived on Bracewell Ave back in the days when you could hear a real Bell in the clock tower. I awoke to it nearly every morning and waited for it to ring ti signal the end of my school day at St.Joe
