Harriet Billings giving the final OK to go to husband,Clyde Billings. Clyde raced car #1 as the champion driver of the Northeast Ice Racing Association for many years. Harriet ran a mean pit crew for Clyde and the rest of the Billings Race Team. She was a sweetheart of a lady!
