This photo could not have been taken by Randy. By the time the sign on the lawn of the Congregational Church was installed, Randy had been dead for several years. Look also at the style of the street lights.

I agree with the comments of the 2nd previous writer. This photo was taken after the last rebuilding of Main St. Notice that there are 3 lanes for traffic going down the street, and 2 lanes for traffic coming up. Rusty.
